JoAnn Ebanks, a born and raised New Yorker, excels in balancing bottom-line demands and customer care. With a previous career in film and television production including positions with HBO, Reuters and PBS, JoAnn has invaluable experience negotiating large deals and managing critical details while simultaneously serving the needs of high-profile clients. She applies those skills to her sales and rental clients as an associate broker for The Corcoran Group.
A real estate investor, who has bought and sold townhouses and apartments, JoAnn has a great deal of first-hand real estate experience from every side of a real estate transaction. With that comes a great deal of sensitivity to her clients’ perspective. JoAnn has also served on a co-op board, giving her insight into the board approval process, which she now helps her clients navigate.
JoAnn’s particular focus is on townhouses and apartments in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, especially those that meet the unique needs of families. A mother of two, JoAnn is familiar with all the aspects of the home renting/buying process families face. Be it a townhouse for a growing family or a new pied-a-terre for an empty nester, JoAnn works closely with her clients to take the next step either by selling, buying or renting. Additionally, JoAnn speaks both Spanish and Portuguese, which she finds very useful in this most international of cities.

She is a high-touch agent, who is well known in the industry for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients. With her success based on positive referrals, she earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them sound and honest advice. As a native of North Carolina, she has an effective combination of Southern charm and NYC tenacity.
Before entering the real estate industry, Sheria spent several years in the cosmetic and beauty industry as a sales and marketing executive for major brands under the L’Oreal umbrella. She developed strategic plans to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. She draws upon that valuable experience to serve clients on each side of all real estate transactions.
After making the leap from sales and marketing to real estate, Sheria found success at a high level, opening her own real estate holding company and selling her first million dollar property within her first 6 months in the business. She has since dedicated over two decades helping clients buy and sell their homes.
In addition to her real estate license in New York, Sheria holds her real estate license in New Jersey as well. She purchases, sells, renovates and designs residential and commercial properties.

Armond always had an interest in and passion for real estate and homes since he was a child, and he couldn’t be happier that he finally made the decision to follow his dream. This proud Cleveland, Ohio native earned a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, and spent over a decade working in digital media sales for giant entertainment and tech companies like NBC Universal, Disney and Facebook.
His sales, marketing and tech experience, along with his creative mindset and ability to build and grow relationships, helped him tremendously in his transition to real estate. So much so, that Armond received the Transaction of the Year Award at his previous brokerage firm for his outstanding performance. He is also an excellent problem-solver, with a personable nature and desire to always go above and beyond for his client, no matter what their needs.What really means a lot to Armond are the thanks he receives, not only from his satisfied clientele, but from other agents who have reached out to say how great he was to work with, and how responsive, pleasant and dedicated he is. Armond specializes in the Uptown area of Manhattan, particularly Harlem and East Harlem. He is very knowledgeable of the market, having lived in Harlem for 10 years and in East Harlem for the past five. Armond is a co-op owner, and a volunteer baseball coach in his community. He speaks Spanish proficiently, loves to travel, and above all is a big foodie who loves trying new restaurants and recommending them to clients.
